Environmental Heritage Properties have a vision (splendid) of reconnecting our National Parks though a network of private land managed for conservation living biolinks.
Facilitating the movement and migration of native species, our 10 year goals is to link the Grampians National Park with the Gunbower National Park on the Murray River.
We currently have eleven conservation properties for sale, home to a significant diversity of native species, including a number of threatened species. These properties have been protected with a conservation covenant, and come with an ecologically based management plan, which ensures that their future will be conservation focused.
The properties are a minimum of 250 acres (100 hectares) up to 320 acres (130 hectares), and come with the right to build, and establish up to 17 acres (7 hectares) of home and sheds. The remainder of the property (230 acres) will be managed for conservation. Prices for these properties range from $125,000 to $195,000, with an average price of $140,000.
We are working toward the long-term vision of reconnecting Australia’s National Parks through a network of living corridors or ‘biolinks’ on private land – Check out the vision at our visionary website ‘BiolinkingAustralia.com.’
